As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and memorable experience for brides-to-be and their entourages.
Responsibilities:
1.
Greet and welcome our clients with warmth and professionalism.
2.
Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and provide information about our bridal salon services.
3.
Coordinate and organize bridal appointments, ensuring a seamless flow of daily operations.
4.
Maintain a tidy and inviting front desk area, creating an atmosphere that reflects the elegance of our bridal salon.
5.
Process payments, handle transactions, and manage register operations.
6.
Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure a coordinated and efficient workflow.
7.
Provide information on bridal packages, promotions, and any ongoing events.
8.
Handle client inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
9.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
10.
Assist stylists in getting ready for appointments & carrying dresses from time to time.
Requirements:
1.
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or salon setting.
2.
Amazing people skills, communication and interpersonal skills.
3.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
4.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
5.
Knowledge of bridal fashion trends is a plus.
6.
Proficient in basic computer skills and familiar with appointment scheduling software.
7.
Positive attitude and a passion for creating memorable experiences for clients.
8.
Must be able to lift up to 25lbs, and be able to stand on your feet for several hours at a time.
