We are seeking a very organized and detail -oriented person, with experience as an administrative assistant.
We are an education company, that organizes educational events.
The work focuses on managing the preparation and logistics for educational events (conferences) This includes but is not limited to working with venues, vendors, guests and event coordinators.
Responsibilities:
- review event calendar for upcoming month.
- contact the venue.
-manage BEOs for events -manage google calendar -prepare flyers -contact guests/vendors -work with event coordinators Skills:
-Proficiency in Microsoft office is required.
-Having an associate degree or bachelors is looked very favorably upon.
-experience as a personal assistant/administrative role is look favorably on.
-Excellent organization skills.
Other:
-95% of the work is done remotely.
-Meeting in person potentially one to two times per month -depending on progress level and competency, potential to work more hours Job Type:
