We are looking for a punctual candidate who works well with others and can handle a heavy workload while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Job Duties Include but are not limited to:
Working directly with production team and under the supervision of the Customer Service Manager and Director of Operations Intaking customer complaints and working with sales, production, and management teams to ensure a swift and effective solution Communicating daily with sales, production, and management teams on updates Communicating daily with homeowners and following through with all pertinent institutions such as licensing boards, insurance companies, bond companies, etc.
Arranging appointments for sales, production and management teams as necessary Able to work and adapt to a fast-paced environment Drafting emails, demand letters, processing liens, warranties, etc as needed Ensuring all communication is well documented and all final agreements are communicated with team Job Type:
