Our goal is to treat the whole pet, not just one problem/condition.
Our office strives to create a warm and healing environment for our clients and their pets.
Veterinary Receptionist Duties:
- Greet clients and their pets with a friendly and welcoming demeanor - Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist with inquiries - Check-in and check-out clients and their pets, ensuring accurate record-keeping - Collect payments for services rendered and provide receipts - Maintain a clean and organized reception area - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence - Coordinate with veterinary staff to ensure smooth patient flow Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a veterinary clinic or animal-related field is preferred - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally and empathetically - Knowledge of basic veterinary terminology and procedures is a plus - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in computer skills, including knowledge of veterinary software systems - Must have a genuine love for animals and a desire to provide exceptional care We offer competitive pay based on experience.
