We are currently seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join our team, a commercial real estate investment firm which acquires real estate investments throughout the United States.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support.
Prepare and track action list with extensive follow up.
Maintain unpredictable calendar.
Track IT activities and billing.
Order office supplies, manage phone system and other office equipment.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience supporting senior-level executives.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office 365.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Quick thinker with the ability to adapt to dynamic environments.
